Why the Coffee Machine Broke
It's not my fault, it's the coffee machine's fault. I swear, I just pressed the button and it just started spewing out coffee beans like a deranged espresso factory. I had to use a firehose to clean up the mess. Don't blame me, I'm a meeting planner, not a coffee engineer.
Also, don't blame my assistant. She was just trying to help by asking if anyone had any ideas on how to fix it. And don't even get me started on the intern. He was just trying to make small talk about his favorite coffee shop in the city. It's not his fault, either.
But seriously, it's probably the fault of the coffee machine's manufacturer. They should really look into getting a better design team. Or maybe just a better machine.
