This phase will focus on removing all personality and character from the room. The goal is to create a space that is devoid of any emotional attachment, making it easier to focus on the task at hand.

- Remove all artwork
- Replace all color schemes with a dull grey
- Replace all comfortable seating with ergonomic, grey, cube-shaped chairs
