Pajama Pants Mandate Decision 03: The Unanimous Declaration of the Council of Elders

By the authority vested in us by the Great Pajama Pants, We, the Council of Elders, have convened to address the pressing matter of Pajama Pants in the workplace.

Article I: Pajama Pants in the Workplace

We declare that Pajama Pants shall be permitted on Fridays only, and only for those employees who have achieved a 90% attendance rate for the previous calendar quarter.

Article II: Enforcement

A Pajama Pants Task Force shall be established to ensure compliance with this mandate, consisting of three members: a Human Resources Representative, a Facilities Manager, and an IT Specialist.

Article III: Penalties

Any employee found to be violating this mandate shall be subject to a written warning, and subsequent penalties may include but not be limited to:

  1. Denial of Pajama Pants privileges for a period of one week
  2. Assignment of additional tasks for a period of three months
  3. Demotion from management to non-management position
