Bob opened the meeting by saying "I'm Bob, and I'm here to talk about the coffee machine. We really need to get it calibrated so the coffee comes out right."
Susan, The Intern, pointed out that the coffee machine is actually just fine, but Bob wouldn't let up. "I'm telling you, it's all about the crema," he insisted.
After a heated discussion, the committee voted 3-1 in favor of recalibrating the coffee machine, with Bob's Brother abstaining due to a prior engagement.
Next on the agenda was the 3 PM happy hour. Bob's Brother pointed out that he's always available for happy hour, but only if there's pizza involved. "I'm a sucker for pizza," he said. The committee voted 2-2 in favor of happy hour, with Bob and Susan tied on the vote, but Bob's Brother getting a free pass due to his "suckering" abilities.
Finally, Bob's Favorite Sandwiches policy document was reviewed, and after some debate, the committee voted 3-0 in favor of adding more mayonnaise to the menu.
