At 14:00 hours, it was decided that the city of New Toytown was no longer viable for human habitation due to its propensity for being too darn loud.
Following a 5-minute discussion, a unanimous decision was reached to destroy the city with a combination of nuclear and conventional explosives.
A special task force, known as "The Eradication Initiative," was formed to oversee the destruction of the city. Their motto: "We're not just nuking the city, we're rebooting it."
