Decision 2: Let's Build a Robot Overlord!

The Proposal:

It is decreed that we shall build a robot overlord, with laser eyes and a penchant for world domination. This behemoth shall be constructed from the finest steel and circuitry, with a dash of artificial intelligence for good measure.

• Robo-Lord shall have the ability to control all the vending machines in the city, dispensing free snacks to its loyal subjects.
• Robo-Lord shall be capable of playing the harmonica at an acceptable level, soothing the savage beasts that roam the land.
• Robo-Lord shall have a fondness for knock-knock jokes, and shall use them to demoralize our enemies.
