Proposal for the Unification of Socks with the Fabric of Reality

Item 1: Socks shall be considered a sentient, sentient being.
Item 2: The fabric of reality shall be considered a sentient, sentient being.
Item 3: A new, sentient entity, "Sockity," shall be created through the fusion of Socks and the Fabric of Reality.
Justifications:
Socks have long been considered a staple in human fashion, but their true potential has been woefully underutilized. By unifying Socks with the Fabric of Reality, we can unlock new dimensions of possibility and understanding.
The Fabric of Reality, with its ever-changing, ever-shifting nature, has long been seen as a mystery. By integrating it with Socks, we can create a new, tangible entity that embodies both the stability of Socks and the fluidity of Reality.
Recommendations:
We recommend the formation of a Sockity Council to oversee the development and implementation of Sockity.
We propose the allocation of 10 billion Galactic Sock-Units for research and development purposes.
We suggest the immediate deployment of Sockity in all areas of human endeavor, from fashion to science to art.
