Decision 2: Rope Course Conundrum

Meeting Minutes, Date: 23rd February, 2023

Attendees: Bob, Steve, Alice, Dave, and 3 others

Summary:

• Bob: "We should install a zip line for easier navigation."
• Steve: "But what about the aesthetics, man? It'll ruin the view."
• Alice: "I don't want to get hurt, can we just use a staircase?"
• Dave: "I'm a thrill-seeker, let's do it!"
• Other Dave: "I'm with you, Dave."
• Another Dave: "Can we at least put a warning sign?"

Decision:

The council decided, after much deliberation, that the rope course should feature a zip line, but only after a thorough risk assessment and a stern warning sign at the entrance.

Recommendations:

• Bob: "Let's make it a double zip line."
• Steve: "No way, it'll be a mess."
• Alice: "Can we at least have a 'no-take-backsies' policy?"

Next Steps:

The council scheduled a follow-up meeting for the 28th of February to iron out the details of the zip line and to decide on the 'no-take-backsies' policy.
