Justification for Decision 1: We chose a bright, eye-searingly yellow color scheme because it's scientifically proven to stimulate productivity and creativity in 99.9% of all meeting participants. The remaining 0.1% can just wear shades.

Background color: #f2d3b2 (a soothing, yet somehow disturbingly bright hue)
Text color: #000000 (good old black, because who needs contrast, anyway)
Border color: #000000 (because black is the new beige)
