Meeting Minutes for the 42nd Council of Eternally Confused Individuals

However, after reviewing the minutes, we realized that we had actually been discussing the plot of "The Caperoot" a lot more thoroughly than we thought.

• The meaning of the phrase "Eternally Confused Individual" (again).
