A Resolution for the Ages

The esteemed members of the Council of Pizza Overlords gathered to address the pressing issue of excessive pizza topping combinations. After much debate and the consumption of several dozen pizzas, they reached a resolution:

1. Pepperoni shall no longer be considered a topping in any official capacity.
2. Hawaiian ham shall be considered a topping only on Fridays.
3. Cilantro shall be considered a topping only on Tuesdays, but only for those who have eaten a minimum of 5 servings of anchovies previously.
