Resolution #429-1: The Kingdoms Right to Beautifully Be

WHEREAS, the Flower Kingdoms have been in a state of perpetual bloom for 10,000 years;

WHEREAS, the Kingdoms' right to bloom has been challenged by neighboring nations and internal strife;

BE IT RESOLVED, that the Flower Kingdoms' right to bloom is hereby recognized and codified.

IT IS FURTHER RESOLVED that the following articles shall form the basis of this right:

  1. Article 1: The Kingdoms' flowers shall have the right to grow at least 5 inches tall.
  2. Article 2: The Kingdoms' flowers shall have the right to be colored in a minimum of 7 colors.
  3. Article 3: The Kingdoms' flowers shall be allowed to bloom at least 3 times a day.
