Ancient Arbitration Resolution 430: Exceptions to the Rule

Subsection: Unconquered Territories

Exceptions, as they say, are the rule. Or so it seemed in ancient times, before the Great Unifier of the land unified everything under one, glorious rule.

It is hereby declared that, despite the best efforts of the Great Unifier, the following territories remain stubbornly unconquered:

• Zone X-12, where the inhabitants have developed a strange fondness for disco music.
• The Island of the Misfit Knights, where the knights still insist on wearing their armor to dinner parties.
• The Mountains of the Misinformed, where the locals still believe the world is flat.
• The Valley of the Vaguely Interested, where the residents are too busy napping to care about the rule.
