By the power vested in us, we, the Sock Archivists, hereby establish the following procedures for the archiving of socks.
Section 1: Sock Selection and Classification
Step 1: Identify the sock in question. Is it a single sock, or a matched pair? Is it a sock of great sentimental value, or just another generic, bland sock?
- Single Sock: Archive in the "Single Sock of Mystery" folder.
- Matched Sock: Archive in the "Matched Socks of Love" folder.
- Sentimental Sock: Archive in the "Sock of Sentimental Value" folder, surrounded by tissue paper and gentle whispers of nostalgia.
- Generic Sock: Archive in the "Generic Sock Graveyard" folder, never to be seen again.
