Resolution 3: Basil Flip Frenzy

At the 3rd Annual Basil Flip Convention, delegates from across the galaxy gathered to resolve the age-old conflict between the Flippers and the Non-Flippers.

• Resolution 1: Flipping shall be considered an Olympic sport, with events including the 400-meter Flip, the High-Flip, and the Flip-a-Thon.
• Resolution 2: A Flipping Certification Board shall be established to regulate and maintain standards for Flipping professionals.
• Resolution 3: The Flipping community shall establish a 5th day of the month, known as "Basil-Friday", for community service and Flip-a-Thon participation.

Key stakeholders, including Flipper-in-Chief, Bob Flipperson, and Non-Flipper, Jane Nonflip, negotiated and ratified the resolutions.
