Resolution 421-Basil-Revival-1: The Basil Revival Initiative

Whereas, the Basil Revival has been a cornerstone of our society since its inception;
Whereas, the recent lack of basils has been a scourge upon our people;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of Elders, in the year of our lord 2023;
That the Basil Revival be continued and revitalized, with all due haste and urgency;
And be it further resolved, that a committee of esteemed experts in the field of Basil Revival be appointed to oversee the implementation of this resolution.
Subresolution 1-1: The Committee shall consist of 5 members, each with a minimum of 10 years experience in Basil Revival;
Subresolution 1-2: The Committee shall meet bi-monthly to discuss and report progress on the Basil Revival Initiative;
Subresolution 1-3: All meetings shall be held in secret, to avoid any undue influence by outside entities.
