Meeting Minutes, Resolution and Implementation Plan for the Fanfics Resolution

Meeting Summary

Attendees: Lord Commander Xarath, Councilor P'tk, Lord Admiral Zorvath, and 3rd Councilor Vraxxis.

Meeting Purpose: To discuss and resolve the pressing issue of Fanfics, a scourge that threatens the fabric of reality itself.

Resolution

The Council has reached a consensus that Fanfics are, in fact, a form of interdimensional pollution and must be eradicated.

Therefore, it is resolved that the following actions shall be taken:

• The Ministry of Reality Enforcement will increase its patrols in dimension 4321-B to contain the spread of Fanfics.
• The Council of Intergal Writers will be established to provide alternative forms of creative expression that do not contribute to Fanfics.
• The Ministry of Interdimensional Hygiene will be tasked with developing a comprehensive plan to clean up existing Fanfics.

Implementation Plan

Phase 1: Awareness and Education (Weeks 1-4)

Launch a public awareness campaign to educate citizens on the dangers of Fanfics.

• Create and disseminate educational materials, including but not limited to, posters, pamphlets, and holovids.
• Host workshops and seminars to teach citizens about Fanfics and their impact.

Phase 2: Containment and Cleanup (Weeks 5-12)

Deploy teams of trained agents to contain and clean up existing Fanfics.

• Erect a network of containment zones to prevent further spread of Fanfics.
• Develop and implement advanced technologies to neutralize and remove Fanfics.

Phase 3: Alternative Expression (Weeks 13-24)

Launch alternative forms of creative expression to replace Fanfics.

• Establish the Council of Intergal Writers to provide training and resources for aspiring writers.
• Develop and promote alternative forms of storytelling, such as holodramas and intergalactic poetry slams.
