Sub-Committee Ruling 314-B (Revision 2): As of the 3rd of March, 2023, it has been decreed that the minimum amount of coffee required to be considered 'under the influence' has been raised to 3.5 cups. Any member failing to comply will be subject to a 5-minute penalty in the 'Punishment Room'.
Exceptions: Members with a known history of caffeine intolerance or those on 'Trexian Time-Off' (a.k.a. vacation) will be exempt from this rule.
