Timekeeper Declaration 1002

As of 2023, time has been officially declared a sentient being.

The Timekeeper Council has decreed that time shall henceforth be treated with the utmost respect, care, and occasional disregard.

By order of the Timekeeper General, all citizens are required to:

Carry a wristwatch at all times, preferably one that makes a loud beeping noise.
Use the phrase "time is money" as a greeting, but only when referring to someone else's schedule.
Engage in at least one hour of time-related small talk per day, preferably with a stranger.
