Section 1: The Basics
- Crew socks should be knee-high, not ankle-high. We repeat, KNEE-HIGH.
- Stripes are optional, but only if they're horizontal and made of pure, Grade-A, imported Italian silk.
Section 2: Footwear Etiquette
- Never, ever, EVER wear flip flops in meetings or during committee proceedings.
- Slip on a pair of our official Crew Socks of the Month, but only if they're not made of velvet. Velvet is so 2000.
Section 3: The Finer Points
- Crew socks should never, ever, EVER be worn with sandals, unless you're a pirate, and even then, only on Tuesdays.
- Toe socks are not socks at all, but rather, a clever ruse to confuse our enemies.
