Should we have pizza for lunch?

After much deliberation, and several rounds of heated debate, the Council has decided that:

YES, WE MUST HAVE PIZZA!

Details of the decision:

It's a Tuesday, so it's clearly a good day for pizza.
The budget for the council's catering services has been allocated 90% for pizza and 10% for "other stuff."
The council members are all secretly pizza lovers, and this is just a thinly veiled attempt to get free food.
