This is the After-Action Review for the 2021 meeting, which was a total disaster.
The meeting started off with a bang, literally, as the fire alarm went off because someone left the toaster on in the break room.
From there, things only went downhill. Our team leader, Leader Fail, was unable to lead the team to victory, instead getting lost in the parking garage.
The rest of the team was equally inept, with Steve getting his tie caught in the copier and Tom spilling coffee on the conference table.
1. Do not, ever, leave the toaster on in the break room.
2. Make sure to bring a map, or at least a smartphone with GPS, when navigating the parking garage.
3. Coffee and meetings do not mix.
