This Agreement is a binding contract between you and the Efficiency Coffee Machine, hereinafter referred to as "the Machine". The Machine is a highly efficient beverage dispensing device, capable of producing a maximum of 300 cups of coffee per hour, under optimal conditions.
By signing below, you acknowledge that you are aware of the Machine's efficiency, and that you will not attempt to use it for any purposes other than its intended use as a highly efficient coffee machine.
