Minutes from the Meeting of June 1st, 2021

Present: Bob from Accounting, Alice from HR, and Steve from Engineering.

Agenda:

• 1. New policies for the break room fridge
• 2. Standardizing the height of our cubicles
• 3. Mandatory coffee machine training for new employees

Decisions:

• 1. New policies for the break room fridge:

• We decided to establish a clear 6-week policy for leftovers, after which time they will be deemed expired.

• We also agreed that any food with a visible mold will be automatically discarded.

• 2. Standardizing the height of our cubicles:

• We voted to standardize the height of our cubicles to exactly 48 inches, no more, no less.

• 3. Mandatory coffee machine training for new employees:

• We decided that all new employees will be required to undergo 4 hours of coffee machine training before they are allowed to drink from it.
