Our goal is to create a new, exciting, and utterly unnecessary feature that will revolutionize the world of widgets.

We will accomplish this by:

• Creating a team of highly skilled, highly caffeinated individuals
• Designing a system of intricate complexity and bewildering confusion
• Making it happen on time, on budget, and with a healthy dose of chaos

Decisions

Decisions will be made with reckless abandon and without regard for consequences.

We will make decisions based on:

• Whoever shouts the loudest
• Whoever has the most caffeine
• Whoever has the best excuses
