Objective: Develop a sales strategy that will make us rich beyond our wildest dreams.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Revenue: Increase by at least 10% per quarter
- Customer Acquisition: 50 new customers per month
- Satisfaction: 99% of customers will not return their products
Target Market
Rich, middle-aged, slightly-irritated individuals who have a penchant for overpriced novelty items.
Key Initiatives
- Partner with influencers to promote our product line of artisanal, small-batch, handcrafted socks
- Hire a team of charming, yet slightly-uneasy salespeople to schmooze with potential customers
- Develop a loyalty program that rewards customers for not returning their products

- Meet with the marketing team to discuss the importance of using the word "artisanal" in all product descriptions
- Conduct a thorough analysis of our current sales strategy to identify areas for improvement (i.e., the current method of just giving everyone a 20% discount and calling it "free stuff")
- Research the feasibility of replacing our salespeople with robots
