Due to the recent revelations about the inefficiency of our current meeting system, we have been tasked with creating a new one. This is the third subgoal of the project. We are currently in the process of designing the system, but we need to order the necessary materials. Please see below for the current status.

- 500 meeting chairs
- 1 conference table
- 1 large whiteboard
