Note: Reasons must be approved by a manager to be eligible for the award.

Rules and Regulations

• Applications must be submitted in triplicate.
• Reasons must be at least 500 characters in length.
• Applications will be reviewed by a panel of experts.
• Winner will receive a prize of one free parking spot.
