Topic: The optimal font size for our company's mission statement.

We will discuss and debate the merits of 12pt, 14pt, and 16pt font sizes, and possibly settle on 18pt, because, let's face it, that's what we're going to do.

Subtopic: Who gets to decide the font size, and will it be implemented company-wide or just for the 'Management' page?
