MEETING MINUTES POLICY
Policies for Meetings in 2022
All meetings are governed by the Meeting Rules, which can be found in Appendix 42b (Section 3, Subsection 7).
Meeting Etiquette
- Arrive on time, or risk being labeled "Fashionably Late".
- Turn off your phone, or face the wrath of the Timekeeper.
- Do not bring a pet rock, or you will be asked to leave.
- Be considerate of your fellow humans and keep your whisper voice under 60 decibels.
Agenda
- Agendas will be posted here at least 24 hours prior to the meeting.
Minutes
- Minutes will be taken by the Timekeeper.
- Minutes will be recorded in plain text.
