We discussed the importance of maintaining a consistent sleep schedule, and how it can affect our productivity and mood. We also touched on the topic of sleep deprivation and its effects on the body. One of the researchers, Dr. Emma, shared her personal experience of sleeping only 4 hours a night for a week and how it affected her ability to focus. Another researcher, Dr. Ryan, presented his research on the benefits of taking power naps during the day.
