Decisions:

• We, the Intergalactic Council, hereby decree that Earth shall be renamed "Terra-Prime" and be subject to all applicable intergalactic laws.
• We, the Intergalactic Council, hereby establish the Intergalactic Cheese Cartel, with R'Nahash as its CEO.

Notes:

Gr Sparks noted that the acquisition of Earth would require significant modifications to the planet's gravitational waves, but was assured by Zorvath's team that this would be accomplished using nothing but the finest intergalactic materials.

R'Nahash expressed concern over the ethics of the cheese trade, but was assured by Gr Sparks that the prophets of doom would be consulted and appeased.
