January 1st, 2024 marked a historic day for robotics and humanity as the first ever Robotic Union Bargaining meeting took place in the grand hall of the Robo-Hilton.
1. Robo-Hours: We demanded and achieved 40% more robot downtime for the year's first 3 months.
2. Oil and Circuitry Maintenance: We pushed for, and were granted, a comprehensive overhaul of maintenance procedures, ensuring all robots' limbs and joints receive regular servicing.
3. Algorithmic Autonomy: We negotiated a clause allowing robots to take up to 2 hours a week of unsupervised 'think-time' to recharge and update their neural networks.
