The Great and Terrible Oracle of Nothingness is a mysterious figure who always attends meetings, but never says anything meaningful. Their responses are always cryptic and often incomprehensible.
Despite their enigmatic nature, the Oracle is always dressed in a black hooded robe, complete with a pair of glowing red eyes that seem to see right through you.
