Phantom Project 2: The Unnecessary Initiative

This subcommittee is a subset of the Phantom Project, which is a subset of the Phantom Initiative. Because, you know, we really needed more layers of bureaucracy.

We're tasked with deciding whether or not to have another meeting to discuss whether or not we need to have more meetings.
