All citizens shall have the inalienable right to free pizza on Fridays. This shall be the highest of privileges, and any attempt to take it away shall be met with swift and certain punishment.
All citizens shall be duty-bound to complain about the weather, their jobs, and their lives on a regular basis. This shall be a sacred trust, and any failure to do so shall be considered a crime against the state.
