• Allows for better participation, more ideas

Cons:

• Too much to discuss, meeting may run long
• Can be overwhelming, hard to focus

Close Agenda:

Cons:

• Less participation, ideas may be stifled
• May lead to missed opportunities

Pros:

• More efficient, meetings may end on time
• Less chance of going off track
