• Item 1: The prophets of doom predicted that the coffee machine would not work.
• Item 2: Actually, the coffee machine was fine, but the prophets were just trying to get out of a meeting prophets.
• Item 3: The meeting was actually just an excuse for Bob to eat Cheetos in the conference room.

Decision 1: We should probably just get more Cheetos.
