Meeting attendees will be reimbursed for all beer consumed during meetings, up to a maximum of 5 beers per attendee. This includes but is not limited to:

Meeting attendees are also encouraged to participate in a group activity, such as a team-building exercise, a group outing, or a team-building activity.
