Today, we are tackling the pesky Thing 1, which is currently refusing to work properly.

Client reps will be in attendance, armed with their trusty whiteboards and markers.

• To fix Thing 1, we will need to:
• - Call the IT department
• - Consult the user manual (again)
• - Possibly sacrifice a small animal to the tech gods

Remember, we must be firm but gentle with Thing 1.
