Implementation Meeting

Where we implement the plans we made in the Agenda meeting.

Today's Objective:

We are going to make the thing we talked about yesterday.

We will use the Whiteboarding technique to break down the tasks.

We will assign the tasks to the Team Assignment matrix.

We will have a 10 minute Break to rest our eyes from all the productivity.
