Action Items:

• Implement new, more efficient ways of saying 'no'
• Establish a company-wide 'No Meeting Day' policy
• Replace all fluorescent lighting with lava lamps
• Introduce a mandatory 'nap time' for all employees

Decisions made:

• We will not, in fact, be implementing the 'No Meeting Day' policy.
• The fluorescent lighting will be replaced with a mix of lava lamps and black lights.
