The Statue Construction Committee: Defining the Standards of Beauty

The Neo-Brutalist Statue Construction Committee has gathered to establish the ultimate standards of beauty for all statues in the city of Neo-Brutalism.

Article 1: Minimum 5% of the statue's volume must be comprised of pure, unadulterated GOLD.

Any statue found to be lacking in this requirement will be subject to immediate removal from the city's streets.

Article 2: Statues must be constructed with a minimum of 3mm of CHROMATIC COATING to prevent rusting and ensure a healthy, non-sagging appearance.

Article 3: Statues must be constructed with the following MINIMUM RATIOS OF PROPORTION in order to achieve optimal aesthetic balance:

• 1:1.5:1.25 for the ratio of height to base to arm length
• 1:1.75:0.9 for the ratio of head to body to leg length
