What's an Exception?

Exceptions are like the plot twists in your favorite TV shows. Except, you know, they're not really exceptions, but rather a way for us to justify your lack of productivity.

Don't get it? Okay, let us put it this way:

• You're not at a meeting because you're stuck in a meeting about meetings.
• You have an "emergency" dentist appointment that somehow only happens when you're at work.
• You're on a "business trip" and you can't be bothered to tell us where exactly that is.
• You've got a "family emergency" that only requires your presence in the break room.
