As a valued member of our team, you're expected to respect the time of your colleagues. Showing up late is not only impolite, it's also super annoying.
For every minute you arrive after the scheduled start time, you'll receive a penalty of 5 minutes of extra work for the team. Yes, it's that simple.
But don't worry, we're not monsters. You can appeal your penalty to the meeting's host if you can come up with a valid reason for your tardiness.
We're not looking to be too harsh, but we are looking to maintain some semblance of order in this chaotic world.
That being said, if you're consistently late, we'll start to think you're just not that into meetings, and that's okay. We get it.
But don't expect any special treatment, because, let's face it, you're not special.
