Attendance Policy Clarifications for CMO

Clarifications for the discerning CMO (Chief Meeting Officer) who wishes to ensure their attendance is optimal.

Important: Please note that attendance is not optional, nor is it a suggestion. It is a requirement.

In fact, attendance is a BUDGETARY requirement. We can't have you freelancing from home in your pajamas, no matter how comfy they are.

That being said, here are some clarifications for your convenience:

• Arrive early, but not too early. We like our coffee, but not our 6:00 AM meetings.
• Avoid the "I'm not a morning person" excuse. We've heard that one before. And by "before," I mean every day since 2018.
• If you're running late, don't bother calling or texting. Just show up and apologize. It's a CMO thing.
• We're watching. Don't even think about trying to sneak in a meeting via Zoom from your home office. We have CMO spies everywhere.
