First-time offenders will receive 5 points on their meeting report card.
This penalty is in place to ensure that our meetings are not taken lightly.
Reoffenders will be subject to increased penalty points, up to and including 10 points on subsequent meetings.
Repeated offenses will also result in mandatory attendance at "Motivation Mondays" where our team will be treated to a series of grueling team-building exercises.
