• 1. Arrive on time, but not too early. The coffee will be cold.
• 2. Don't try to sneak out early. The coffee will be lukewarm.
• 3. Speak only in third person. "I" is for losers.
• 4. Don't ask for a meeting agenda. We're all just winging it.
