Here is where the really, really important decisions are made. Level 3 is the highest certification level. You're basically a Bribing Master.

We have a strict policy of bribing only the most deserving attendees. If you're not sure if you qualify, don't worry. We'll just bribe you anyway.

• Certification Level 3: "The Bribing Master"
• Required: 10 years of service, 100 bribes given, and a proven track record of making good decisions
• Prerequisites: Level 2, 50 bribes given, and a demonstrated understanding of what a "bribe" is
