Objective: To bribe Johnny into signing the contract.

Discussion:

John: "Johnny, we've reviewed your financials, and we believe you're a prime candidate for our new 'Soda and Chips' package."
Jane: "Yes, Johnny, it's a 5000-calorie-a-day plan, but we think you'll love the free t-shirts."
Johnny: "I'm in, I'm so in. But can we get some extra Cheetos on the side? And a 3-for-1 deal on nacho cheese."

Action Items:

Sign contract by end of day Friday.
Send Johnny a care package with 2 cases of Cheetos and 1 bottle of nacho cheese sauce.
